How do I file a claim?

Please raise a ticket via File a Claim our  [Customer Support Portal] or contact our CS team with the following:

  • Tracking number
  • Description of the issue
  • Proof of value (invoice)
  • Damage photos (if applicable)
  • ID proof of shipper/receiver (if required)

Our support team will acknowledge and keep you updated throughout the process.
