My package is marked as delivered, but I can't locate it. What should I do?

Please check all exterior doors and areas such as porches, back patios, or garages. Additionally, ask any neighbors who might have collected the package on your behalf.

If you still cannot find it, we recommend initiating a loss investigation within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
