What happens if my shipment is damaged during transit?

If your shipment is damaged, report it within 2 days of delivery by providing pictures of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label as below 


•             Shipment Photographs, all  for corner photographs, along with shipping label or any other network Label

•             Photographs of the four corners of the Box with the delivered

•             Description of damaged items with quantity and value


 

 

We have opened the investigation and our delivery [partner representative will come for inspection at your home in 3 to 5 business days. And request that you to retain boxes until the inspections are completed by our representative.
